This Pomeranian puppy/dog was sold to ___________________________on the date____/_____/______.
To the best of the seller's knowledge, this puppy is in good health, free from any symptoms of contagious, infectious disease or genetic deformity at the time of the sale. The puppy has been vet checked by seller's veterinarian, on up-to-date shots, dewormed, bathed before sale and copy is provided. Because of this thorough veterinary examination seller gives the buyer a 48 hours health guarantee.
Health Guarantee & Return Policy
Buyer understands and agrees that in order to validate the Health Guarantee, buyer MUST isolate the puppy from any other animals in the buyer's home until a qualified licensed veterinarian performs the health check.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to have a health check performed within 48 hours of buyer's receipt of said puppy (two business days, not including weekends or holidays) by a qualified licensed veterinarian and buyer is urged to do so. Failure to have the puppy examined by a qualified licensed veterinarian within the above reference 48 hours of said puppy, will make the Health Guarantee in this Sales Contract NULL and VOID. After the above referenced 48 hours have elapsed, buyer assumes all responsibility and ownership of said puppy.
We give one year guarantee for genetic disorders . The puppy may be returned for a replacement only if a licensed qualified veterinarian diagnoses said puppy as having a serious illness or genetic deformity. . The seller is only responsible for replacement of said puppy if a genetic deformity or serious illness is found by a licensed veterinarian and reported to the seller within the 48 hours as referenced above. The buyer must provide the written examination report from the licensed qualified veterinarian, stating the defect of said puppy . The written statement must include the name, address, and phone number of the veterinarian that examined the puppy along with the puppy's date of birth and name of Sire and Dam. The seller will not provide a replacement if apparent neglect or improper care has been given to the puppy . The seller will not give a CASH REFUND on any returned puppy . A replacement puppy will only be given when the seller has one available. The seller cannot guarantee that the replacement puppy will look exactly the same as the returned puppy. If buyer accepts a replacement puppy, the buyer is solely responsible for all shipping and delivery costs. Seller reserves the right to refuse sale, payment terms, and to nullify contracts at our discretion any time prior to shipping or pickup date.
After said puppy leaves the seller's premises, seller assumes no responsibility for vaccinations, vet visits, tests, veterinarian expenses due to injury, landlord’s disapproval, allergy to animal, disagreement of family member, or for any other reason.
If this puppy was purchased for someone else, all the terms in this contract applies to that person.
Puppy(s) is (are) sold as pet only, without AKC papers and not for breeding(s).
